These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bharatflavours.com (the "Website") and dining at BHARAT Flavours Of India (the "Restaurant"), operated by Mr. Veg Company Limited (Reg. No. 0205562011211), a company registered in Thailand with its registered office at 2055 New Phetchaburi Road, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310 ("we", "us", "our"). 1. Acceptance

By using this website, making a reservation, ordering food, or dining at our restaurant, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone after submission of the booking form
We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the reserved time. After 15 minutes, the table may be released to walk-ins
For groups of ten or more we take a deposit, agreed and confirmed at the time of booking
Cancellations for groups of ten or more made less than 2 hours before the reserved time forfeit the deposit; smaller bookings can be cancelled free of charge on WhatsApp
Private events are confirmed with a 30% deposit (PromptPay or bank transfer); no-shows forfeit that deposit

3. Pricing and payment

All prices on the menu and website are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable
Service charge is not added to the bill — tipping is at your discretion
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, PromptPay, and major Thai mobile banking apps
Delivery platform prices (GrabFood and LINE MAN) include their commission and may differ slightly from dine-in prices

4. Food allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts, and seafood — full allergen-free isolation cannot be guaranteed
Please inform your server of allergies when ordering. We will adjust dishes where possible and note severe allergies for kitchen handling
Vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly marked. Jain dishes (no onion, no garlic) are available on request
We are halal-friendly — no pork in the kitchen and no alcohol in the cooking. Our chicken comes from halal-marked supplier product lines (CP Foods, Betagro) sourced daily from Makro, and our bone-in goat is halal-marked from our halal supplier. BHARAT itself is not CICOT-certified.

5. Conduct in the restaurant

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving abusively, intoxicated to the point of disturbance, or violating local Thai laws
Beer and wine are served at the table in the dining room, dine-in only, to guests aged 20 and over; no alcohol is used in the cooking and none is sold for takeaway or delivery, in line with Thai law
Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant per Thai public health law
Outside food and beverages are not permitted (except birthday cakes, with no fee)
Service dogs welcome; pets in the dining room are not permitted

6. Online ordering and delivery

Orders placed via our website are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before kitchen preparation begins
An order placed through GrabFood or LINE MAN is a contract with that platform: its terms, its prices and the delivery fee it shows you at checkout
On a direct WhatsApp order over ฿1,000 we deliver anywhere in Bangkok ourselves and charge no delivery fee. Below ฿1,000 we do not deliver direct — order through GrabFood or LINE MAN, or collect from the restaurant. The minimum for a direct group order (office lunches and parties cooked for a set time) is ฿1,500
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — affected by traffic, weather, kitchen volume
If you receive an incorrect order, contact us immediately on +66 97 923 7281 — we will rectify or refund

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, photos, logos, recipes, dish descriptions) is the property of Mr. Veg Company Limited unless otherwise credited
You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission
You may share links to our pages on social media freely

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continuing to use our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
