Indian Catering in Bangkok

Need authentic Indian catering in Bangkok for an office lunch, a house party, a festival, or a wedding function? BHARAT Flavours Of India caters anywhere in Bangkok from our Huai Khwang kitchen. Catering food is cooked by the same team as our dining room, with the same real charcoal tandoor and masalas ground each morning. Ordering direct over WhatsApp skips the delivery-app commission, so you get better pricing and one point of contact.

The BHARAT dining room laid up for a group — a round marble table in front, longer tables set with plates along the wall, and the service counter at the back
Our own dining room, set for a group — the room behind the in-house buffet priced below, seating up to 40.

How catering works

Halal-friendly catering

For Muslim guests and mixed events: our chicken is halal-marked (CP Foods / Betagro lines) and the bone-in goat is halal-marked from our halal supplier, the kitchen is pork-free, and no alcohol is added in cooking. Full policy on the halal Indian food page.

Catering — common questions

What is the minimum order for catering?

For delivered catering we ask for a minimum of ฿1,500, and off-site buffet catering with chafing dishes and setup starts at 30 people. Private dining in our room is for groups of 12 to 40 — message us your headcount and we will quote it. Smaller orders can simply go through regular delivery on GrabFood or LINE MAN.

How much notice do you need for a wedding or large function?

For catering we need at least 72 hours' notice for under 50 people, and one week for 50 or more, so we can source, prep and staff it properly. A group order of 10–30 off the regular menu is different — that can go out in 60–90 minutes on the day. The earlier you book, the more we can tailor the menu.

Is your catering halal?

Yes — halal-friendly throughout. Our chicken is halal-marked (CP Foods / Betagro lines), the bone-in goat is halal-marked from our halal supplier, the kitchen is pork-free, and no alcohol is added in cooking. Halal-friendly sourcing plus a full vegetarian menu means one buffet can serve both Muslim and Hindu guests; see the halal page for detail.

Which areas of Bangkok do you cater to?

All of Bangkok. GrabFood and LINE MAN cover the streets around Huai Khwang — Sukhumvit, Asoke, Phrom Phong, Phetchaburi, Ratchada, Silom, Sathorn — and any direct order over ฿1,000 we deliver ourselves, free, anywhere in the city. We are 2 minutes from Grand Mercure in Huai Khwang.

Can you do vegetarian, vegan or Jain catering?

Absolutely. A large part of our menu is vegetarian, with vegan options on request; for Jain requirements, ask and we will check with the kitchen — see Indian vegetarian food in Bangkok and our fresh paneer dishes. We can do a fully vegetarian spread or a mixed buffet.
