Notes from the kitchen — Naan Bombs
A note on the Naan Bombs. This is our own creation — soft butter naan wrapped around a full filling, then charcoal-baked until the outside blisters and the inside stays molten. Every order is eight pieces and comes with its own curry to dip in: the chicken bombs with a rich chicken curry (butter chicken with our butter-chicken gravy), and all the paneer bombs with paneer butter masala. Mint chutney sits on the side, and you can add rice if you want to turn it into a full meal — but the idea is to dunk each bomb in the curry and bite, so the whole mouthful is curry, filling and charred naan at once. Three chicken flavours (butter chicken, kadai, tawa) and three paneer (bhurji, butter masala, kadai), all rolled and stuffed to order and best eaten hot.
