About Butter Chicken Naan Bomb (8 pcs)
The Naan Bomb is our own invention and this is the flagship of the set: eight bite-sized rounds of soft butter naan, each sealed around a filling of our slow-simmered butter chicken, baked in the charcoal tandoor and brushed with melted butter as they come out. Think of it as butter chicken you can pick up with your fingers.
The filling starts exactly where our famous curry does — chicken marinated overnight in yogurt and spices, grilled in the tandoor, then folded through a tomato-butter-cream makhani sauce reduced further than usual so it holds inside the dough without leaking. The naan itself is made from our standard leavened dough, portioned small, stuffed by hand and pinched shut before it meets the 480 °C clay wall of the tandoor.
Each order comes with a bowl of the same butter chicken gravy for dipping, plus mint chutney. The eating rhythm is closer to momos or bao than to a plated curry: one bomb, one dip, repeat. It was created for sharing — one plate of eight works for two or three people alongside other dishes, though regulars have been known to keep a plate to themselves.
The dining room seats 30-40 across two styles — standard tables and Dastarkhan-style floor seating. Quiet in the early evening, busy from 8 PM.

How spicy is the butter chicken filling?
Mild. The filling is the same tomato-butter-cream sauce as our plated butter chicken, which we keep at a gentle warmth rather than a chilli burn. Children generally handle it easily. If you want heat, ask for our green chutney with extra green chilli on the side.
Is eight pieces enough for a meal?
As a main for one hungry person, yes — eight pieces with the dipping gravy is filling. As a shared starter it comfortably serves two to three people. Most tables order it alongside one or two curries for variety.
Does it contain dairy or nuts?
Dairy yes — the naan is brushed with butter and the filling contains butter and cream. The butter chicken sauce also includes a small amount of cashew for body, so it is not suitable for nut allergies. Tell our staff about any allergy and we will guide you to safer dishes.
