Notes from the kitchen — Beverages
On drinks. Everything is mixed by hand at our service station; we do not use syrup pumps. Lassi gets full-fat yogurt churned with ice and your choice of sweet (sugar/honey/mango) or savoury (salted with cumin). Masala chai is brewed (not steeped) — tea leaves and crushed cardamom go into milk-and-water and simmer for five minutes. Cold drinks, beer and a small wine list are also available. If you want less sugar in your lassi, ask; we can adjust.

Frequently Asked Questions about Beverages
How many Beverages dishes do you serve?
There are 13 Beverages items on the menu, listed below. Each is cooked to order, with masala ground fresh in our kitchen every morning. Halal across the board.
Are the drinks made fresh?
Mixed by hand at the bar, drink by drink — lassi churned from the yogurt we set each morning, masala chai brewed (not steeped) with crushed cardamom and ginger, fresh lime for the sodas and shikanji. No syrup pumps, no pre-mixed jugs.
Which drink works best against spicy food?
Dairy beats water — the casein in a lassi or chaas carries chilli heat away, while water just spreads it. Sweet lassi for comfort, salted chaas for the authentic Punjabi answer, plain milk for kids. The shikanji (masala lemonade) is the refreshing middle path.
Can I get the drinks delivered with my food?
Yes — lassi and the soft drinks travel fine in sealed cups across our GrabFood / LINE MAN delivery zone in central Bangkok. Masala chai is best fresh, so we suggest it for dine-in; it is brewed to order and loses its top notes sitting in a cup.
