About Jack Daniels
Jack Daniel's is the famous Tennessee whiskey from Lynchburg, made in the distinctive American style: charcoal-mellowed drop by drop before ageing, which gives it its signature smoothness and notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. At around forty percent, it is rich, sweet and rounded, and we serve it from the bar as a single measure — neat, on the rocks, or as a long drink with cola or soda.
Whisky and grilled meat is one of the great pairings, and it translates beautifully to the North Indian table. The vanilla-and-caramel sweetness of Jack Daniel's is a natural foil for smoke and char, which makes it an excellent companion to our tandoori dishes — the seekh kebabs, tandoori chicken and the mixed grill, where the spirit's mellow sweetness echoes the caramelised edges of the meat. Sipped neat or over a single large cube of ice, it lingers and warms; lengthened with cola, it becomes an easy highball to carry through the meal.
This kind of whisky-and-kebab pairing has a genuine home in Punjabi and North Indian dining culture, where good Scotch and bourbon are poured proudly alongside grilled meats. Order it with our tandoori platters, or keep it for a slow pour after dinner. The bar serves all spirits separately from the kitchen, which is pork-free and halal-friendly with no alcohol in the cooking. Served to guests aged twenty and over under Thai law — a measure is pure spirit, so please drink responsibly.
